Villa Casa Reale, built in 2004, is located in the beautiful hills of Les Guarres, right above the village of Santa Cristina dAro. The grounds of the villa are approximately 1400 square meters, and offers enormous privacy where you will experience a spectacular view of the valley and the sea. At night, you can see the twinkling lights of Sant Feliu de Guixols and S Agaro. Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom includes its own private balcony with a splendid view of the sea. In the master bathroom you will find a shower and a separate bath. The fourth bedroom is located on the 1th floor with its own private bathroom and leads out to the grand terrace measuring 40 meters in length next to the villa were you will find the swimming pool. This private property offers room to park and only a short car ride away you will find several shops and restaurants.

Notes
The prices are publiced for 1 week and for 1-4 persons When you stay with more than 4 persons an extra fee will be added of €50 per person The prices € 2295 highseason are for 8 people in total no extra charge for each person.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking and the balance ten weeks prior to departure. If the departure date is within ten weeks of booking then the full payment should accompany the booking request. A refundable breakages and damages deposit of € 300 required. Guests should ensure they have made adequate provision for insurance cover in the event of cancellation. For your own protection, a comprehensive travel insurance policy should be obtained.
