It has a large and comfortable terrace with sea views and completely furnished.


With 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a complete bathroom and a complete shower-room.

Independent kitchen fully equipped, with dishwasher.

Large and shinny dinnig-living room with direct access to terrace.

Renters can use the installations of Tennis Club Coves Noves: big and communal swimming pool, children park, tennis and paddel courts...

Coves Noves is a quiet complex of the municipal area of Es Mercadal, in the North of Menorca. It’s located in a hillside and offers lovely views to the sea and to the coast. At 800m you can find Arenal d’en Castell, a famous beach with white sand and all the facilities of a friendly beach. Near our complex you can find: Port d’Addaia is at 2km, a sport harbour, essential per sea and navigation lovers; Son Parc Golf at 7km; Fornells bay and fishers town at 10km.

Anyway, Menorca has a lenght of 50km, so all towns, cities anb beaches are are less than 1 hour by car from anywhere. Its a fantastic island to move and know every place and corner.
