Home description
A superbly convenient location is one of the major benefits of this villa. Only ten (or less) minutes flat walk to the most beautiful beach and also Morairas shops, cafes, restaurants and Marina. Additional benefits are the fact that there are no other properties directly in front of this villa - just a scenic view onto Moraira’s central vineyards.

This is an unusually roomy, substantial, detached, four bedroom villa in a great location, approx. ten minutes level walk to town and beaches. Loads of space. Four bedrooms. Two bathrooms (one en suite). Private pool with sunbathing terrace. Large covered naya just off pool terrace - this gives valuable shade. The Naya leads through to additional outside space at the front of the house and in the landscaped garden.

While a car is not necessary it can be a great advantage enabling cheap and easy travel this (one of Spains most beautiful) areas. This isnt just hyperbole. The "Marina Alta" area (both coastal and inland) really is a beautiful area and its well worth seeing beyond just the beaches.


The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This area is without doubt one of THE most impressive in Spain. A totally different world from Spains overdeveloped tourist ghettos. Beautiful scenery. No high-rise development. Beaches with a carefully preserved natural beauty which defies description. And all of this almost right on your doorstep.

This exclusive area of the Spanish Mediterranean coast lies on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. Restaurants in abundance( 3 Michelin star-rated), shops, wineries, historic buildings and celebrations, all watersports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, go-karts, walking, cycling, climbing, parasailing, themepark Terra Mitica, excursions or renting a Harley Davidson!

Moraira area
Moraira lies in a sheltered bay and is a rare location in terms of Spanish coastal areas. Beautiful, green, still unspoilt and with an enormous variety of genuinely charming locations to visit both coastal and inland rural.

Further details
Electricity - rather than making an additional charge for air conditioning or (winter) heating,
there is approx. 15- 20 euros worth of electric (per week) included in the rental rate
(this should be sufficient for general use), however more intensive use or use of air conditioning or winter heating units will very probably necessitate your use of the top up electric coin meter which is in the property. This seems to be the fairest way to handle the issue rather than automatically increasing the basic rental to cover an "assumed" use of electricity. Thanks.

Mobility problems?
Visitors with mobility problems can take advantage of the fact that there are two bedrooms which are downstairs as well as a downstairs bathroom.


How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Valencia. Both are approximately one (easy) hours drive from property.
All the low cost airlines can be used as well as charter airlines and scheduled airlines.
An easy one hour drive from either.
