This private gated community enjoys a privileged beachfront location that is within comfortable walking distance to Puerto Duquesa marina. The development has a wonderful, large "lagoon" style communal pool which is great for everyone including small children due to the range in pool depth. Los Granados boasts fantastic manicured gardens which are impeccably maintained to create a inviting tropical ambience. This 1st floor apartment is in a enviable location within the development as it enjoys wonderful sea views and is south facing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long while relaxing on the private terrace. Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is a twin room with a small balcony. The master bedroom is a double room with direct access to the terrace and enjoys ensuite facilities. Both rooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathrooms - Both bathrooms are spacious and finished to an exceptional standard. The ensuite has a bath with overhead shower and is accessed via double doors and finished in marble which adds to the elegance of this luxurious apartment. The other is a shower room.

Lounge - The lounge is a light and spacious open plan room which is furnished to a high standard including leather sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs. This room benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, some English TV channels and direct access to the private terrace.

Kitchen - The kitchen is a spacious galley style kitchen with breakfast area. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Some of the appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a seperate utility room with iron and ironing board.

Outdoors - There is a large covered terrace which is accessed both from the lounge and the master bedroom. There is a dining table with 4 chairs making this area ideal for breakfast, lunch or evening meals. The views from the terrace are stunning. You look across the gardens and pool and then out to the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is South facing.
