If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday in a residential area, then this is the one for you. It is near one of the most prestigious golf courses in Marbella, Golf Rio Real, next to holes nos. 14, 15 and 16.

The apartment is situated just 2KM east of Marbella and 1.5KM from El Rosario, which has a supermarket, shops and restaurants. The excellent "Palm Beach" is close by. The shopping Mall of La Cañada is only minutes away.

The apartment is fitted to a high standard complete with unlimited fast Wi-Fi and an air conditioning / heating. There is a flat screen TV with Sky TV and also Euopean Satelite TV installed. Shutters are operated by remote control. It comprises a lounge, hall, kitchen, guest toilet and 2 bedrooms. There are ample storage spaces and wardrobes.

The Kitchen is fitted with a granite work surface, and has all the usual home from home comforts and equipoment.

The Master Bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath / shower.

Bedroom No.2 also has its own ensuite bathroom with a multi level hydro jet shower.

There is a baby high chair and portable cot in the apartment.

The communual swimming pool is set in a lush garden and there is also a seperate male and female sauna room in the building.

There are lifts in the building and an underground car park which is accessed electronically, with your own parking place. It is also very close to the bus stops.
