Het luxe 2 slaapkamer appartement in Torrox-costa is uw perfecte strand vakantie accomodatie. Torrox is een klein vissersdorpje in hartje van de Costa del Sol. Torrox ligt 45 min van vliegveld Malaga. Torrox heeft officieel de titel : beste klimaat van Europa. Naast Torrox ligt het charmante stadje Nerja wat bekend staat om zijn druipsteen grotten. Verder is het balcon van Europa in Nerja zeker een bezoekje waard.

Het appartement is gelegen in het luxe project Balcon Heights, het is een klein complex wat bestaat uit slechts 29 woningen. U kan gebruik maken van de 2 gemeenschappelijk zwembaden. Het project is Zuid georienteerd en u kan de hele dag van de zon genieten en heeft schitterend uitzicht op zee!
Het appartement is 0,3 km gelegen van het strand en het eerste dichtsbijzijnde strand restaurant Jiminez is de beste in omgeving en hier kunt u genieten van de vele verse vis gerechten die op het menu staan.
Het appartement bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en is zeer smaakvol ingericht. De hoofd slaapkamer heeft een eigen ensuite badkamer. Het zuid georienteerde appartement heeft een groot terras, rondom het appartement waar u de gehele dag van de zon kan genieten en heeft zelfs zee uitzicht. Verder een volledig ingerichte keuken en er is een ondergrondse parkeerplaats met toegang naar appartement van garage naar appartement per lift.
