Holiday unit in Veramar with pool facilitlies and only 200m to the ocean, which you can see from the terrace.
The unit is 70 m2 plus a 40m2 terrace. and 4 comfortably beds. The unit is fully equipped so all you need to bring is your suitcase.
Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa group w/table, TV -DVD. The sofa can converts to 1 sleeping bed.
Kitchen with cutlery and plates for for 6 people, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing table.
2 Bedrooms with bedlinen.
2 Bathrooms – one with shower and one with bathtub and shower.
Fenced terrace with table and seating for 6 people plus 2 sun-lounges.

Notes
Information: Price per week includes electricity and water, but excludes cleaning at end of lease and bed linen.
Terms of payment: A deposit of 20 % of total sum is downpaid at placement of order. The leasing total amount should be paid at the latest 8 weeks before the start of the leasing period.

Order cancelling: If the leasing fee is not paid on due date, it will be considered as a cancellation, and the rental agency will have the right to rent the house to another party.
Keys: Keys are handed out at arrival and handed back on the day of departure. Lost keys or keys failed to be handed back will be charged a penalty fee of 100€.
Cleaning: Final cleaning and rental of bed linen / 50€, will be deduced from the deposit at the end of the leasing period. Destroyed objects/inventory will be charged before departure.
