Welcome to your home while in Spain.

Villa Juniper is set on a hilltop with views of the sea and golf course. The Villa is a large detached property which has been converted into two separate living areas, which creates a perfect holiday for you, your friends or family, allowing you to be together and yet still have your own privacy. There is a heated private pool, with outside shower, a bbq dining area, garden stocked with flowers and shrubs, a driveway, garage and of course a childrens play area stocked with swing, slide and play house. We also have a number of toys at the Villa.

The Villa is convenientley located close to the Beach, Golf Course, Shops, Restaurants, Pubs, Cafes, WaterParks, etc there is lots to do in the area if you want a more action packed holiday.

The inside of the property is decorated and furnished to a high standard, containing mostly two of everything e.g microwaves, kettles, hairdryers, TVs, radio/cd players, toasters, underfloor heating, air con which does convert to a heater.

A non refundable deposit of 30% is required upon booking.
The balance is to be paid 3 months prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is required payable locally,
A cleaning charge of 150 Euros is to be added to your bill, if you need a cleaner or any linen/towels cleaned while you are on holiday please enquire either prior or through our property management team whose number is within your property pack at the Villa.
The Pool maintannece team clean the pool twice a week this is included in the Villa rental cost.
Payment in Euros or GBP by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.

Wonderful!

My partner and I had a delightful stay in this villa! Everything was as advertised and we found Helen to be very helpful and informative; especially when we bombarded her with queries regarding day trips! Sorry Helen, blame Portia! We had a truly memorable holiday and look forward to a return visit. I would recommend Villa Juniper to anybody looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Many thanks, Sam Robbins & Portia Jones
