the apartment has the option of internet coverage and European television of your nationality
San Luis is on the outskirts of Torrevieja, we are located
in the middle of the 2 natural lakes, you can walk to both in
5-10 minutes
. The area is flat and only a few minutes walk to pubs
Banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, butcher, hair
dressers, Veterinarians and Intenet cafe.
San Luis Villa apartment has a private covered in 8mtrs x
4mtrs swimming pool.
The apartment is on the ground level, then offer guests the ease to get around with mobility problems.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms(5 people maximum) that have air conditioning in both ,and also with ceiling fans.
Most of the area around the external ground surfaces are presented in Spanish ceramic tiles.
It also has the added bonus of being 100 meters walk from a
Social Club. The facilities they offer is a large outdoor
pool (at a daily charge of 5 euros), water aerobics, bowling green.
Inside is a pool table, line dancing, pilates, yoga, strength
education, training, etc. These are paid on a daily basis
fee of 4 euro. They also have a restaurant and an outside Gazebo offering food and drink all day
BEDROOMS
The main bedroom is very spacious with a 6 foot bed
with lots of drawers and room has air conditioning,which is for hot and cold usage.. their are also ceiling fans with 3 settings.
The bedroom has television with most European channels which receives through the internet .. you will need to bring your laptop to connect to the television for this to be achieved....... the television which receives English speaking channels is also fitted and can be viewed without the need of a lap top but ..these channels can be viewed permanently through the tv(local charge )
(Bedroom 2 has 3 small steps leading up to it. The bedroom again has air conditioning,for hot and cold usage, ceiling fan, and a television .... There is a large wardrobe and drawers has 2 single beds ,which can be made into bunk beds ,which allows to bring another single bed in,to make a 3 person bedroom
KITCHEN

The kitchen has plenty of units and wall is
well equipped and all utensils (pans, cutlery, plates,suplied
A 4 ring gas hob / and a microwave
There is a toaster, kettle and coffee complementory tea, sugar.
The kitchen also has a ceiling fan. There is a full size
refrigerator, freezer, which will take a full weekly shop.
SHOWER

The shower is fully tiled and is of a good size.There is a
wash basin with illuminated mirror. It also has a heated
towel rail ..the apartment has a separate toilet ..
OUTDOOR SHOWER

A walk in shower is located just outside the apartment, this
has hot and cold water and is a private closed in area ..its a very large room 1.2 x1.2mrs and can be used for less mobile guests
LIVING ROOM

This is a large room to the south, which is typically Spanish,and is circular in shape with many windows, which makes this a very bright and airy room.
sun Canopies are mounted on the outside window walls for shading the direct room has a ceiling fan
A 32-inch television which can recieve European channels which receives through internet .. you will need to bring your laptop to connect to the television for this to be achieved .. permanently fitted are sky channels which receives English speaking channels ..these channels can be viewed immediately through the tv(local charge )

SWIMMING POOL

The apartment has a private swimming pool, which is 8x4 MTR
in size with the added bonus of roman steps, making it
less strenuous for older and younger guests.
around the pool is equipped with non slip all weather grass.
The pool is covered,so making it possible to be used for
most months of the year and keeps the water very warm ..the
sides can be opened, so it can be either be a open or closed pool area .it also has an audio system for radio and CDs..(bring your own CDs if you like).there are tables and chairs also for relaxing,with a drink and a meal
SEATS /DINING AREA

The main outside dining area under the gazebo has electric lights, the gazebo is good protection from the sun, and makes it a special area for relaxation
There is also another area with seating, which is a lovely area and semi shaded for evening relaxation
There are several lounger beds and chairs and sun bathing areas around the grounds. The surrounding area is completely private ,with high walls around the border, which gives you total privacy ..
LAUNDRY ROOM

It is equipped with a washing machine- and dryer and a steam iron - small sink unit.
This is also a very well equipped room suppying all your needs.
GARDEN OF EDEN

The garden has been established for 20 years and is
magnificent with hundreds of different species of palm
trees, cacti and tropical plants and shrubbery. It has many
twisting walkways cutting through the greenery.There is
a water fountain with seating in the middle of this area
In the evening the garden is lit by electric and solar
lighting, which makes this a relaxing and magnificent
sight.

and Murcia (30 minutes)the apartment is idealy located giving you the flexability of times and prices you pay to travel from your desired airport. During the winter months to Murcia, the demand is less ,flights are fewer, so you should check with your flight operator

Bicycle rental is available from the apartment.(local charge)the area is flat, so you can explore and stop at the many bars on the way .. There is a mulititude of cycle lanes beside the main roads, making it very can ride right into Torreivieja and the 2 lakes which are a few minutes away are a great place to cycle, as there are dozens of tracks which go on for ever

NIGHTLIFE

Just a few minutes walk and there are all your local
pubs and shops, restaurants Chinese Indian Spanish tapas
.......... 5 minutes of the regular bus route leads you
to Torrevieja, where you'll find Fiestas, tapas bars,
good restaurants and clubs - theres more than enough to
keep you entertained until the small hours in Torrevieja.
Walk along the marina to see fishermen counting the days catch walk along the promenade and try dropping into one of the many bars and cafes to watch the sun go down.
Every evening during the summer months theres a street
Market sells a wide selection of arts, crafts, clothes,
leather goods, jewelery and souvenirs, etc. Theres also
a large amusement park and you will usually find different
artists and street performers providing entertainment around the town in high season.

in one of the hundreds of restaurants
