Relax in this brand new penthouse apartment which offers the luxury of a spacious private roof terrace from which you can enjoy the stunning views of the Mediterranean and the old town of Peniscola.

It has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A second bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a double sofa bed in the living area.

For your enjoyment there is Satellite TV with several English Channels, DVD and a music centre with CD player.
Also there is Wi-fi so you can use your laptop.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The living area steps out onto a large balcony with table, chairs and umbrella where you can dine al fresco while enjoying the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean as your backdrop. The balcony has a flight of stairs which leads up to the private roof terrace. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and soak up the glorious sunshine, sun beds and chairs are proved. The terrace has a large pergola which gives a shaded area. A large table with 6 chairs, cushions and umbrella are also provided, which offer an alternative area to dine al fresco.

The apartment is on the third floor of a small block, there is a lift and a private parking place. There are two pools, one is for very young children. Alongside is a play area. It is a 5 minute walk to a supermarket,bar and restaurants. In the summer months there is an hourly bus service to Peniscola which is 3.5km away and also a tourist road train that stops at Font Nova.

Close by, there are some beautiful and secluded coves which are a 15 minute walk or if you prefer driving there is ample parking available. These small beaches and coves are seldom busy and can offer a much quieter and relaxing alternative to the beaches of Peniscola.

Peniscola and Surrounding Area

Peniscola has a privileged position on the Mediterranean, this historical town is dominated by the impressive 14th century castle of Pope Pedro Luna and is perched 64 metres above the sea. This provides the focal point of the town and can be seen for miles around. As well as offering historical sites Peniscola has an idyllic 5km sandy blue flag beach which is perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The gently sloping shallow waters are ideal for children and the beach is watched over by life guards. To the south of Peniscola there is another sandy beach overlooking the harbour.

The old town by the castle and the narrow cobbled medieval streets has an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. It is a Spanish and family orientated resort and is a popular destination for Spanish holidaymakers. The wide promenade in Peniscola is planted with palm trees and runs along the full length of the beach to the next town of Benicarlo. Along the promenade there are cafeterias, restaurants, newsagents and shops specialising in sun products and accessories for beach holidays.

On your doorstep is the Sierra de Irta National Park which is ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding. The views from the hills of the rugged coastline and of the old town and castle are simply amazing.

Explore the cities of Valencia (one hour drive) and Barcelona (two hour drive) these beautiful cities are well worth finding the time to explore. For the younger generation there is the Universal Studios Port Aventura Theme Park (one hour drive) which is one of the largest theme parks in Europe with rides and shows for all ages.

For golfers there is a championship golf course 20 minutes drive away also there is the Sergio Garcia’s home course in Castellon which is 40 minutes away, both courses offer a challenging and delightful day of golf.
