El Sueño ( the Dream) is new to the rental market, a rare find for holiday letting and we are delighted to be asked by the owner to offer it to our clients.
Set in the most prestigious residential area in Puerto del Carmen on a corner plot in a cliff top location the villa has fantastic panoramic sea views over the harbour and out to tranquil location is a surprise when the harbour with all the amenities is so close.

The villa has extensive terracing on different levels from which to enjoy these wonderful views. A newly extended covered shaded area is well equipped with table and chairs for dining al-fresco. Another seating area and built in barbecue are on a lower level. Sunbeds and umbrella are provided for relaxing around the pool which is heated in the Winter months.

The magnificent, spacious lounge with curved bay windows has a superb view out across the terrace, pool and the sea. The living accommodation is semi open plan. There is an archway from the lounge through to the newly installed kitchen/diner. The large pillared entrance hall leads through to the lounge, kitchen and bedroom area.

The bedrooms can be completely closed off from the living accommodation by double doors from the hallway. There are three large bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. All the bathrooms have been refurbished, 2 are en-suite, one with shower and one with bath and shower over. The third bathroom has a large walk in shower and is equipped with top of the range ultra modern facilities.
We are delighted to say the villa now has air conditioning and internet access. So you can relax and enjoy your holiday and do a little work if you have to!! This is a truly magnificent, luxury villa with fantastic sea views in a wonderful location in Old Carmen. The villa is called The Dream. Stay here and you too can enjoy the Dream!

holiday to chill-out

If your looking to relax and chill with veiws to die for this is the villa .This was our first holiday for 23 years and we thought hotel or villa and we went villa 4 the safety of children .Only a few minutes walk to shops restaurants and local buses to all parts of the Irland. We had a problem with internet called management fixed within the day. We found an excellent restaurante called EL PORIL down in the harbour in the very corner we have left cards with directions in villa .looking foward to our next visit.
