Gandia is a smart low rise beach resort, popular with Spanish holiday makers rather than hoards of Brits.

The villa is located in a quiet semi rural area, yet it is only 10 minutes drive to the beaches. There are local village shops and restuarants and Gandia main town is a vibrant and historical place to spend time.

Gandia is an all year round holiday destination which offers excellent walking and cycling as well as all the usual outdoor pursuits. The villa is available during the winter months when the large open fire and crisp pine air make this a wonderful country retreat away from busy life.

The villa itself provides exceptional accommodation for small or large parties. Set on the side of a mountain the property has a number of large private terraces all of which lead to a generous private pool, which is fully gated for safety. Additional features include a full sized outside kitchen area, table tennis, pro-table tennis table, hot outside showers.

This villa offers a safe location for children to explore the immediate area and meet our friendly neighbours and the goats and chickens! This villa will offer you access to the real Spain without you having to stay in the middles of nowhere.
