A well specified apartment within a secure, conveniently situated development a short walk from Sabinillas beach, the shops, and restaurants in Sabinillas and Duquesa Port. There are 4 communal swimming pools on the development and 2 paddle tennis courts. It is a secure, gated environment with beautifully planted Mediterranean gardens.
Internally the apartment is tastefully furnished and includes a 32 inch lcd tv with all main English TV channels including High Definition ITV and BBC. There is a Divx compatable DVD player and CD/ kitchen is well-equipped with Siemans white goods including a dishwasher. The lounge has a 2 seater leather sofa and a 3 seater sofa/bed. There are polished marble floors throughout. Air conditioning and heating ensure your comfort at all times of year. The terrace is large and enjoys sunshine throughout the day. Underground parking.
As well as boasting the best climate in Europe the Duquesa area is a convenient location for exploring the south of Spain with Estepona and Marbella a short drive away and Granada, Seville, Cadiz and Jerez all within easy access. Duty free Gibraltar is also only a 20 minute drive away. There is a superb choice of excellent bars and restaurants a short walk away.Supermarkets, bakeries and banks (including Barclays) are near by and there are several top quality golf courses in the area.
We employ a local agent who manages the apartment and will meet you to show you around and look after you if help is needed. A welcome pack of essential groceries can be supplied.
