Cozy 7. floor apartment with lovely sea- and city views. 17 square meters south-west facing terrace with sun from 12 AM to 9 PM (12-21). The apartment is refurbished in good quality goods. There is a large shared pool belonging to the building. Walking distance to the beach. 1-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4). Close to supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars etc.

In 2007 the apartment has been totally renovated with new floors, kitchen, bathroom, linen and furniture in every room.
The living room has an eating area and a place to relax with television. It has a direct exit to the terrace.
The kitchen is in the living room, but there is a half-wall splitting them apart. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking plus fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.
There is a lovely bedroom with a double bed and there is air condition in the bedroom.
From the south-west facing terrace you can enjoy the views (pool, city and sea) and the sun. There is also plenty of space, chairs and a table,so that you are able sit
and enjoy your food and the sun. If you want shade you can use the awning.
• The beach is very safe and family- friendly. There is a bus stop 150m from the apartment; the bus goes to the beach and center of Fuengirola.
• 20 minutes drive from Malaga international airport and 30 minutes from Marbella
• A wide range of restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.

• The apartment is located between Los Boliches and Torreblanca - the area is called Los Pacos. The area is quiet, but at the same time less than 10 minutes walking to the beach and the paseo (beach).

Costa del sol has a lot to offer: relaxing days at the beach, some of the best golf courses in Europe, Aqua park, zoo, good areas for shopping (Puerto Banus, La Cañada, El Corte Ingles ect.), a big selection of restaurants, atmospheric evening- and nightlife and lots more.
Fuengirola is located only 20 minutes drive from Malaga International airport. There are good transport facilities, you can take a train or bus from the Airport to Fuengirola (every 30 minutes). There are also taxis at the entrance.
In Fuengirola you can catch trains and busses to Mijas, Marbella, Malaga, Seville, Ronda, etc.
Fuengirola is a good place to visit and discover the Costa del Sol, Gibraltar, cross to Marroco from Algeciras, Cádiz, Sevilla, Granada, Córdoba, Ubeda, etc.
