Casa Pescador is situated in the antique town centre in LEscala. The house is a charming fishermans house, situated on a slope with direct view over the ocean from all rooms. Just below the house, there is a rocky beach excellent for snorkelling. I you follow the road to the right, you woll find the charming bay with a child-friendly, sandy beach, which is the centre in the antique LEscala.
Catalonia Holiday Lettings has the goal to provide an autentic catalan experience, when you rent one of our properties. Hence, we are happy to be able to offer some houses in LEscala, which is one of the few town on the Costa Brava coast that have remained authentic.
Moreover, Casa Pescador is a pearl. The house is reformed with the purpose of preserving the fishermans house atmosphere. The house is owned by a Catalan author, who uses the house from time to time to get inspired and to write in a peaceful environment. In the remaining periods, it is let out.
From the street, which separates the house from the sea, you enter the hall with the kitchen to the right and the sitting room to the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, coffeemaker and toaster. In the Sitting room there is a sofa group with satellite television and a dining table. In the hall, there is also a toilet.
The six bedrooms are distributed on 1. and 2. floor. Three of the rooms are single rooms and three of them are double rooms. All the rooms have sea view, an one of them has a small balcony.
On the second floor, there is a big living room/terrace. The room has two big sliding doors, so that the room can be used as covered terrace in the summer and as living room when it gets colder. Additionally, there is small room with a washing machine.
