Impressive villa in rustical style in Calpe for 14-16 people with private pool, only a few minuts from the beach, ideal for families and groups. This villa has a large plot with garden, tennis court, a large pool (enclosed to protect children) and a barbecue area. This villa is situated in a very nice area called Benicolada wich is close to the beach, the supermarkets and restaurants. The plot is completely enclosed and has 2.000 m² with garden. The living area of the house is 400 m² on 2 floors.
Main floor: at the entrance there is a nice internal yard with a fountain and different plants which create a relaxed atmosphere. Large living room divided in a den (play area) and a book corner and with air conditioner. Dining room with air conditioner, sat-tv/tdt and with access to the pool.
