The ground floor of this modern Villa is completely separate from the upper half there are no stairs involved,own entrance and direct access to your own very large private pool and garden for your exclusive use.There is a spacious terraces leading to a beautifull garden with sensational views. Parking is off road secure and shaded the property is fully fenced so dogs can run free.There are no tracks or unmade roads to reach this Villa.
English free to air TV in the spacious lounge.
Plenty of outside furniture tables chairs sunbeds sun shades etc. enjoy your Vino while floating in the large pool which is 2 meters deep at the deep end 1m at the shallow end.
There are many attractions in the area:
Alhambra Palace ,Granada,Sierra Nevada (skiing),Marbella,Nerja,National Park,,Fuengirola Vinuela just 2 minutes from the Villa and Torre del Mar 20 minutes. The area is also famous for its white washed pueblos Alcaucin,,Comares and many more.Nerja 30 minutes and Torre del Msr is just 20 minutes away with beautiful unspoilt beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants.
Every local town and village has several Fiestas a year from May to Sept plus Xmas free paella and wine/beer you should find one on somewhere during your visit.
From the pool area you can enjoy extensive mountain views or the olive groves that back on to the beautifull colourfull garden
This is a quite,tranquil and private haven where you can relax and chill out. We expect all our guests to respect the tranquility by keeping noise to a minimum especially after 10pm at night.
The villa is walking distance from all the amenities Bank,Medical Centre,Shops,Bars,Restaurants etc.
We are situated just off the A7205 Velez Malaga to Peunte don Manual road between K 1 & 2 a bus service just 400 m away
This is an owner let therefore the standards are what you would expect in your own home.



From Malaga exit A7 at junction 272 follow Vinuela/Alcaucin signs on the A356 right turn on to the A402 right at Peunte don Manuel on to A7205 turn left at 1.5 k N.B. do not go to Alcaucin we are less than 1k from Vinuela.

Notes
Phone/e mail booking will be held for 7 days until deposit arrives and letting contract has been agreed.
Booking deposit and balance payable by bank transfer details on request once reservation made.
Cash deposit payable on arrival refundable after property inspected prior to departure.
Payment in Euros or Sterling at prevaling rate when booked
Normal cleaning at end of stay included extreme cleaning chargeable
Please leave the property clean and tidy as you found it you may be charged for excesive cleaning.
300 EURO deposit payable on arrival to caretaker refundable day of departure subject to no serious damage.
Arival after 4pm departure by 12pm (midday) these times may be flexible subject to agreement with caretaker.
During July and August Saturday to Saturday bookings only
No more persons than those declared on the booking contract may sleep overnight in the Villa no large outside parties.
We want to maintain the the peace and tranquility of this peacfull area.
