The penthouse consists of 118 sq metres of interior space and a further 255 sq metres of outdoor terracing with planting and triple aspect views. The main aspect overlooks the beach and sea whilst the second and third aspects overlook the marina at Punta del Moral and the island including the bird sanctuary on the protected wetlands behind the development.


Great, unique and versatile accommodation for up to six people. Suitable for a group on a golfing holiday, twin or single families, friends and children.


Two countries, one location

Lounge
Relaxing environment with comfy seating for six people, surrounding an open fireplace. The lounge incorporates a contemporary, stylish dining table and chairs which is extendable to sit eight people.

The lounge is equipped with top quality television, DVD player, CD player along with a selection of DVD's & CD's. There is also a selection of books and board games.

cable TV is also provided.

Additional bedding is available in the lounge which incorporates a sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children

Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan and faces the lounge incorporating quality granite worksurfaces . It is stylish and modern and fully equipped with all the utensils and cutlery necessary for modern living. Appliances include fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and food processor for making smoothies, soups and juices.

Laundry/Utility area
This is a practical area to clean and dry your clothes and a washing machine is provided for your ease and convenience.

Main Bedroom
Comfortable room fitted with doublebed and ample built-in wardrobe space. The bedroom is equipped with a TV for your entertainment.

En-suite Bathroom
Fully equipped bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.

Living outdoors is a celebration of the ultimate goal of an alfresco lifestyle - the ability to carry out all the activities associated with normal domestic life in the open. Eating, cooking and bathing all seem more exotic and exciting in the open air. so come and enjoy this very private experience.

The patio doors to the terrace are ajar; a table and chairs have been set up with little attention to orderly arrangement. A bottle of wine - open of course - glasses, bread, olives and freshly cooked clams complete the foreground to this captivating scene. Beyond the terrace the unexpected view opens out: the open sea with the fishermen at work all clothed in a light heat haze, the magnificence of the views towards the estuary incorporating the quiet fishing village. Cooking alfresco with the flamingoes beyond in the wetlands. How cool! - the ultimate room.

This magnificent terrace incorporates its own private hot tub, which is surrounded by wonderful gardens including a lemon tree and herb garden for your use. Complete with wysteria, bougainvillea, grapevines, olive tree, palm trees and of course with the view this creates a truly stunning area to spend time day or night.

The terrace area is equipped with a top of the range outdoor kitchen with rotisserie and fridge to maximise your alfresco living experience. Local fresh fish and meat from Ayamonte market allow you to create some wonderful meals. There is seating for up to twelve people. Bar stools and a sail make a unique and exceptional area.

To add to your comfort the terrace has superior outdoor furniture which includes fabulous outdoor sofas in position for the sunset you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the island and the experience of the penthouse environment with unrivaled views. The terrace is also equipped with sun loungers for your relaxation, outside shower for a cool down and sofas in a covered indoor outdoor area. Relax in the shade of our grape vine entwined pergola looking out to the open sea.

Isla Canela Penthouse

Beautiful, classy apartment, with great views. Huge outdoor space with every amenity needed for outdoor living, day and night. There was not one thing we needed that had not been catered for. Every effort has been made by the owners to ensure a relaxed, stress free holiday. A fantastic beach and promenade; beach bars within walking distance, all serving good food. Over and above anything we expected. Will return without a doubt.

Brilliant penthouse with spectacular views

The penthouse has a massive terrace with spectacular views over the beach/sea and nature reserve. It is a brilliant venue for a relaxing holiday, just sunbathing on the roof terrace or exploring the surroundings. Seville is only 1.5 hours away and the Algarve is around the corner. There are many good beach bars nearby. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the penthouse

Relaxed family holiday

This is the 3rd time we have visited this apartment with our children and friends and always have a lovely holiday. The apartment is beautiful and very luxurious. The area is very quite and typically Spanish,locals are very friendly,and we rounds lots of cafes/bars/restaurants to visit. Most of the time we made most of our stylish accommodation and cooked al fresco on the outdoor kitchen. Kids cld play in the pool or on the beach,and we had a trip to the local zoo one day. Can't wait to go again this year.

Best penthouse in town

The appartment was unbelieveable the size of the terrace is amazing. This was the best appartment in all our years of holidaying abroard we have ever stayed in. We lived the dream for a week. The beach bar on the beach opposite the appartment was great fun. The supermarket was close by for all our needs. Everything is in place so you can relax and enjoy heaven!

paradise!

The only place ever to look better in real life than in the photos, it really is a superb place.If you want the wow factor look further, once your'e on that balcony you won't want to leave.Yes you can get cheaper apartments but you will be wasting your money.Fabulous
