Calahonda Beach is a small, privately owned secured front line beach developement of only 60 apartments set in a large well maintained tropical garden. It has its own good sized private swimming pool (with facilities) overlooking the beach.

Apartment specs:
- Clean apartment, recently renovated (new marble floors, kitchen and bathrooms).
- Comfortable dining and living room with relaxing sofas and satelite TV/DVD. Direct access to the spacious terrace (32 m2).
- Open kitchen with all necessary needs.
- Beautiful en-suite double bedroom (with safe) overlooking the terrace, pool and sea. Good sized bathroom with a bath & shower.
- Spacious twin bedroom and second bathroom with shower and washingmachine.
- Third bedroom with two beds.
- Perfectly fit for children.

Location specs:
- South facing with sunshine all day long.
- Next to Dona Lola resort.
- Good size pool, very well maintained with a life guard in mainly the summer months.
- Great location right on the beach within walking distance of several good fish/beach bars.
- Just serveral minutes walk to an excellent supermarket and a large variety of excellent restaurents, bars and other shopping facilities.
- Very popular area midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. Has an excellent regular bus service in both directions.
- Sport activities like golf (15 courses in the very direct area), tennis, fitness (2 leisureclubs in the direct area) and skiing in the Sierra Nevada in just a 90 minutes drive.

- Tenant apartment notes;
- Maintenace contact information (for keys);
- Driving directions from Malaga airport.
