Villa Pazote is a perfect holiday destination for one large family or two families sharing and is set in a quiet street with very little through traffic, close to several local supermarkets, chemists and restaurants.
The villa is 185m2 and has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen, living / dining room and an outside terrace with dining for 10 people.
Accommodation:
The accommodation is made up of four bedrooms. Three on the first floor and the fourth on the ground floor. All have ceiling fans and mosquito blinds for your summer comfort.
First Floor:
The master bedroom has large double bed, two built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and French doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the front garden. The en-suite is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. The next double bedroom has a large double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and French doors leading out on to a small balcony overlooking the pool and third bedroom is made up with two single beds and has a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink and is adjacent to the double and twin bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
You enter the villa into the hall which has stairs leading to the first floor on the right. The hall leads to the large living / dining room, large well appointed kitchen, fourth bedroom and a further bathroom.
The large living room offers enough seating for ten people in three sofas. It has a 32” flat screen TV which shows Spanish, English, German and other selected European channels along with DVD’s. There is an open fire for those cooler winter evenings and there are further heaters available if required. The dining table can seat six people or with the optional leaf out can seat eight in comfort. The fourth bedroom is made up with one set of bunk beds and two further singles intended for children sharing or can be used by two adults in the two single beds. The ground floor bathroom has a built in shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with built-in electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, radio and CD player, docking station, and sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge / freezer. There is a table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen leads out to the pool and terrace through French doors where there is a lounge area and large outside dining table for ten people.
Outside:
To the front of the property there is off-street parking for up to 2 cars and further space available on the street. The pool is 8m x 4m and surrounded by 6 sun loungers. There is a B-B-Q to complete this wonderful package.
The weekly rate is all inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen and towels (but not beach towels), pool and garden maintenance. A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve the property. The final balance is required on arrival in cash. An extra refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is required on arrival. This deposit will be returned in full unless any breakages are identified, which fall outside “normal wear and tear”.
This region remains as it was intended, unspoilt and very Spanish. The historic city of Cadiz, Europes oldest inhabited city is only 30 minutes away by car . Here you can enjoy the sights and sounds of a vibrant historic city bursting with culture. Jerez and Seville are other regional cities attracting people from around the world to enjoy the local produce and sample life in this historic region of Spain.
Once you have sampled city life you can relax on some of europe´s best beaches. Many are blue flag and have the security of life guards. Inland from the coast you will discover unspoilt countryside stretching for miles and dotted with old white villages. A region, truly for everyone.
Chiclana / La Barossa area
The old town of Chiclana is 6 kms from the beaches of Barrosa and is a great place to visit to buy fresh local produce, including fish, meat and vegetables and then enjoy a coffee in one of its many narrow streets.
The beaches of Barrosa are the envy of the region and extend for 7 kms. White sand, backed by sand dunes and pine trees they extend to rocky points and wrap around to the estuary and marina of Sancti Petri. Here you can eat and drink or enjoy the activities arranged by the water sports centre or go for a boat ride around Hercules Island.
