This charming two bedroom villa is set on a corner plot in the lower part of Los Mojones in Old Carmen. Within easy reach of the all the amenities in the Old Town. It has a tastefully furnished lounge with patio doors to the sun terrace and another door to the large covered area which is perfect for al-fresco dining. We have been renting this villa on behalf of the owners for many years and it remains one of our most popular especially for couples. Recently refurbished and with an extended patio around two sides of the villa it now benefits from the sun until late in the day. The private pool is an above average size, has corner steps and leads from 1 metre down to 2.2 metres suitable for both swimmers and non swimmers. It is heated during the winter months. Casa Balmagha is an excellent choice of Lanzarote villa if you want a relaxing villa that has all you need to eat in but also has a choice of restaurants nearby.
