If it's luxury you require, look no further! This villa is constructed with the highest quality imaginable, including granite floors from India, parquet american cherry in the bedrooms, brazilian granite in the bathrooms and antique Italian granite elsewhere, every detail has been hand crafted to perfection. It has a large private swimming pool with lovely terrace and garden area. The views go for miles covering the golf course and pryenees mountains in the distance (snow covered approx from Nov-June).
The golf resort offers a fabulous wine spa for anyone who enjoys complete pampering and 2 restaurants, one for outdoor dining!
Peralada is home to some famous vineyards for Cava and has a charming castle and casino which hosts fantastic concerts, theatre and ballet, some outdoors. It also has a museum and a nightclub.
The surrounding area has so much to offer if you can tear yourself away from this perfect villa. The Peralada Golf Hotel and Spa is 5* and the surrounding area where this villa is situated is an exclusive area of fabulous villas with security at the entrance.

The villa has a private driveway. As you enter through the front door you enter into a large marble entrance hall with sweeping staircase to the upstairs. Downstairs are two double bedrooms each with own very large en-suite. One of these has double french doors leading onto the pool/terrace area.
The kitchen is off from the hallway and is very well equipped. The laundry room is off from the kitchen as is the lounge/dining area. The lounge is huge and extremely light and airy with french doors all around leading onto the pool/terrace area. The pool is approx 10x5metres and there is a huge grass lawn area all around the pool too. There is a large outside dining table which comfortably sits 8, a gas BBQ and plenty of terrace area for sunbathing.
Up the sweeping marble staircase from the main entrance hall takes you up to the first floor and the other two double bedrooms, again both very spacious. Both bedrooms have their own balconies with fantastic views and they share a large bathroom and walk in wardrobe.
The views from the house have been commented on by previous guests who have called them "outstanding" "Stunning" and complete entertainment in watching the weather changes and sunsets.

15% deposit is required at time of reservation in order to confirm the booking. A final cleaning charge of 170 Euros is payable in cash on arrival as well as a security deposit of 500 Euros. The security deposit will be returned to you as cash on departure as long no damages.

My husband and I with our children have lived in Roses for 7 years and rented our villa for the past 4 years which has enabled us to meet many new friends and share our great knowledge and experience of the local area.
Some of our friends asked us to advertise theirs too and we are always on hand to help out with advice on where to go what to do, good restaurants etc to make your holiday a very special one.

2 weeks of pleasure

The house lived up to its billing on the website. The photographs were accurate and the quality was apparent as soon as we walked in. The weather was perfect and both the pool and the air conditioning came into their own. Thoroughly enjoyed the golf course, but there was so much to do in the area as well. The village traders were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a wonderful two weeks enjoyed by all our party.
