Holiday apartment for rent in Barcelona

Positioned on the small peninsula of "La Barceloneta" in the middle of Barcelonas old town you are both close to the sea and very central.
The apartment is placed light and sunny on the 5’th floor (without elevator). The small apartment (40 sq m) boast 3 balconies facing east and south. Its beautiful old tiled floors and tall double doors gives a lovely old world atmosphere.
The apartment is very practical in layout and despite its size provides comfortable space for 2 people and up to 3 people or 2 adults and 2 kids, if they dont mind living a little tight.
All rooms has ceiling fans which cools effectively and more silent than aircondition.
For the winter electrical heating is installed.

As we would like more returning guests we have set up a membership possibility. A one time membership fee of 200€ allows you extra 25% discount when ever you or your friends would like to use the apartment.

You will be received and given the keys when arriving to Barcelona. You pay an extra 60€ service charge for washing of bedding and towels and cleaning of the apartment.

There is an extra charge of 30€ if you check-in later than 9pm. After 12am the charge increases to 50€.

Notes
100% of the rent can be paid via credit card when booking. You can also choose to banktransfer minimum 20% if you dont mind paying the rest in cash at arrival.
Cancellation is possible up to 2 months before at a small fee (10% of the rent).
The rent covers 2 persons in the apartment. Each extra person above 2 costs 20€ extra per night.
Special prices for Christmas and Easter.
10% discount for minimum 1 week. 15% discount for minimum 2 weeks.
