Positioned on the small peninsula of "La Barceloneta" in the middle of Barcelonas old town you are both close to the sea and very central.
The apartment is placed light and sunny on the 5th floor (without elevator). The small apartment (40 sq m) boast 3 balconies facing east and south. Its beautiful old tiled floors and tall double doors gives a lovely old world atmosphere.
The apartment is very practical in layout and despite its size provides comfortable space for 2 people.

All rooms has ceiling fans which cools effectively and more silent than aircondition.
For the winter electrical heating is installed.
You will be received and given the keys when arriving to Barcelona. There is a one time 65€ service charge for check-in/check-out, washing of bedding and towels and cleaning of the apartment on all bookings.

There is an extra charge of 30€ if you check-in later than 9pm. After 12pm the charge increases to 50€.
