Casa Serra is a grand flat constructed in 1919 and covering 420 m2 (4520 sq f), situated in the heart of Barcelona, 200 m from the distinguished Paseo de Gracia Avenue and the most famous house (La Pedrera or Casa Milà) designed by the great Antoni Gaudí, Catalonias most aclaimed modernist architect. Also 50 m from the Les Punxes house designed by the also famous modernist architect Puig I Cadafalch. A 10 minutes walk will find you in Plaça Catalunya, the centre of the city.

This large and beautiful flat has de capacity to accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms, 4 of them are king size (21 m2 = 225 sq f) and the other two are queen size single (12 m2 = 130 sq f). There are 2 double beds and 8 singles, all the single beds are convertible allowing them to adapt to one double bed or two separates singles.

The living area covers 160 m2 (1720 sq f)and consists of a large lounge (50 m2 = 540 sq f), a living room (25 m2 = 270 sq f) a dining room (25 m2 = 270 sq f) with a table which is able to seat 14 people, a small games room, an old chapel and a business corner with PC, printer and Internet.

Furnished with central heating, double glazing, air conditioning (installation May 2004), fully equipped. Three complete bathrooms. The service area consists of a scullery, the kitchen and a utility room.

A maid takes care of cleaning up the apartment during 4 hours a day.
