In the peaceful and attractive Punta de la Mona is this charming end-row townhouse situated with a fantastic view over the Mediterranean.
From Malaga you drive towards east and about halfway between the towns Nerja and Almunécar is this small cosy seaside town La Herradura located. Driving time from Malaga to here is about 45 minutes.
At the foot of La Herradura lies the mountain relief Punta de la Mona and on the top of this is the house situated.
The house belongs to the exceptional beautifuld development of La Aldea (like a Village)and are built in townhouse stile and two houses are not built alike. The buildings are built sloping up the mountain relief and are situated in a unique scenic communal area, densely planted with cypresses, pine trees and banana trees together with a abundance of flowering plants and so on, which are daily looked after by the local gardener.
A very charming private-public swimmingpool situated in its own special green oasis is belonging to the buildings.
The house has 3 undisturbed terraces, each with its own fantastic view over the sea.
The house consists of: Hall, extra toilet, staircase downwards and upwards to the stair turret, from which you to out on the upper large terrace. Combined dinner- and living room with fireplace, a total new kitchen in a charming Spanish stile, TV-room (among DR 1 and 2) and downstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with each own large bathroom. In all there are 3 toilets.
Each terrace has basins which are always planted with many beautiful flowers and all year round is unfolding luxuriance from here - all taken care of our own gardener.
The house and the terrace are decorated and furniched in a very charming way and at the same time in a very personal way, and therefore, it has a very special cosy atmosphere everywhere in the house.
It is also possible to skiing in Sierra Nevada. Driving time is about one and half hour and the roads are extremely fine.
If you want to play golf, there are several courses in the area, and furthermore, it is possible to play tennis. There are 2 courts only 5 min. away by car from our house.
You can buy almost everythin in the town La Herradura, and several god restaurants are situated there, both on the beach and on the other side of the sea promenade.
There are more different beaches in the area (only 5 min. by car from our house), among others in La Herradura, but also by Marina del Este.
Marina del Este is a very pretty small area with its own nice port and many different restaurants.
