Luxury 4 Bedroom Family Duplex Apartment located on Campoamor Beach. Breathtaking views of the golden coastline and the Mediteranean sea right on your door step.
With no roads in sight or traffic to disturb, you can take full avantage of the large terrace to sunbathe from early morning until late evening, with plenty of space to spare for barbeques and outdoor dining. From the terrace, steps lead down onto a beautiful promenade lined with palm trees and well maintained gardens, which overlooks a sandy beach. Only a 10 minute stroll from a wide range of family bars, restaurants,shops and coffee bars.

INSIDE
The appartment ground floor includes.
LARGE OPEN PLAN LIVING AND DINING AREA
with uninterrupted sea views via three pairs of sliding french doors parallel to the water. The Living area is fully furnished with luxury cream leather sofas, glass topped dining table, modern stone matching furniture and hand painted art on the walls.

KITCHEN
Leading from the living area is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kitchen table and all nescessary culinary accessories.

BEDROOM 1 WITH EN SUITE
leading from the living area, you will find a large bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed.


DOUBLE GARAGE
Just off the kitchen, through a back hall you will discover a large and secure double garage, which while on the same level as the living area would be ideal for disabled access

FIRST FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM
with en suite, sliding french doors opening onto a balcony,
double bed and built in wardrobes. You will experience beautiful costal and sea views from all three bedrooms.

BEDROOM 2
Contains two single beds and under bed storage, which is ideal for children. The large built in wardrobe opposite this bedroom is ideal for storage . All four bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.

BEDROOM 3
Has a double bed and built in wardrobes, located just across from the main bathroom.

COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL
Only a few steps from the apartment, a large pool with surrounding sunbathing space. Not suitable for very young children who cannot swim.

Appartement in Campoamor

Nice appartement with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, nice livingroom, almost on the beach. We were content in every way! We were 8 persons, 2 children and 6 adults. Everybody had a nice stay. Can recommend this appartement highly
