Spacious villa built in 2005 with lovely vieuws on the mountains. Pedregeguer is located on 1 km and has all facilities. The villa is located on 4 km from La Marina Alta shopping centre and o 4 km from famous golf courses of La SELLA.
You can visit the weekly Saturday market in Jalon, located on 10 minutes from the house and on Sunday in Pedreguer and Thuersday in Javea

The beaches from Denia and Javea with wonderful bays and diner places are located 12 km from the house.

A lot of choice out of posisbilities: Moraira and Calpe on 15 minutes. 20 km from Guadelest beautiful moutaindrive.

The villa is lovely, spacious and bright with a large (optional heatable) pool en large terraces.
