The villa has a private 9 x 5m swimming pool set in a secluded 700sqm walled garden. It is newly furnished with a well equipped kitchen, Spanish, German & English satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The villa has air conditioning and is close to local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants, tennis and riding. The property has secure off-street parking for 2 cars.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a cot available if booked in advance. Hairdryer.
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning units all provide hot and cold air. Wall heaters are installed in bedrooms 2 and 4, portable radiators are available for winter lets. There is a cot available for infants. No pets. No smoking inside.

Bathroom 1 en-suite shower room to bedroom 1 with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2 with bath and overhead shower, sink, bidet and WC.
Kitchen:
Electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, high chair, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:
Lounge with dining area. Sofa, chairs, floor cushions, Spanish, German & English satellite TV, DVD and CD player, rustic dining table and chairs, air conditioning (hot and cold), fully functional fire place.
Cleaning/towels/linen:
Bath towels (but no beach towels) and bed linen is provided. The property is cleaned between rentals.
Further details outdoors:
The front terrace has a table and 4 chairs, there is stand alone BBQ, sun umbrella and range of sun loungers. A Wooden pergola sits over one of the terraces with a dining table and chairs to seat 8 people.Ideal for al fresco dining.
The property has a no smoking policy within the villa but feel free to smoke outside if you feel the need.

The Costa de la Luz / Cadiz Province region.
The Costa de la Luz between Cadiz and Tarifa is at Spain's southern most tip and is an unspoilt stretch of coastline with beautiful, long, sandy beaches. The coastline is known for its wind and kite surfing as well as the many picturesque 'pueblos blancos' that are so typical of Andalucia. The climate is sunny all year round, warm in the winter and hot in the summer!
The region remains as it was intended, unspoilt and typically Spanish. The historic city of Cadiz, Europes oldest inhabited city is only 30 minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy the sights and sounds of a vibrant historic city bursting with culture. Jerez and Seville are other regional cities attracting people from around the world to enjoy the local produce and sample life in this historic region of Spain.
Once you have sampled city life you can relax on some of Europe´s best beaches. Many are Blue Flag and have the security of life guards. Inland from the coast you will discover unspoilt countryside stretching for miles and dotted with old white villages. A region, truly for everyone
Chiclana / La Barossa area
The old town of Chiclana is 6 kms from the beaches of Barrosa and is a great place to visit to buy fresh local produce, including fish, meat and vegetables and then enjoy a coffee in one of its many narrow streets.
The beaches of Barrosa are the envy of the region and extend for 7 kms. Sunbeds and parasols are available to rent. There are even childrens slides and swings to keep the kids entertained. White sand, backed by sand dunes and pine trees extend to rocky points and wrap around to the estuary and marina of Sancti Petri. Here you can eat and drink or enjoy the activities arranged by the water sports centre or go for a boat ride around Hercules Island.
Places of historical interest:
Seville, Cadiz, Jerez, Medina Sidonia, Arcos de la Frontera as well as many pueblos blancos are all within easy driving distance

Riding - several local riding centres the nearest being 200m from the villa.

Windsurfers, Kayaks, sailing and pedal boats are available for hire in the marina of Sancti Petri.
