This magnificent villa, is one of the few villas in Nerja situated at sea level, with a beautiful beach just 100 metres away. there are several excellent restaurants close by,and on the beach! The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away, or you can catch the local bus, which stops nearby every half hour, so a car is not essential. We have a beautiful private pool, sun available all day from our various terraces, built in to this property. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, including marble floors and designed with the main living area on the first floor, in order to take advantage of the fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. We can accommodate 6 people, with 2 double EN-SUITE bedrooms, and 1 twin en-suite bedroom, and a separate guest toilet. English Freeview TV, fully air-conditioned. luxury kitchen. including dishwasher and washing machine. The house is not suitable for small children. guests will receive a free welcome pack
