Villa Poniente is a beautiful detached, private villa set in a peaceful location with stunning views over the surrounding countryside and mountains. With landscaped gardens, patios, lovely kidney shaped pool, balcony, barbeque and shaded terrace it is a perfect retreat for a holiday at any time of year. Built on the hillside near the pretty coastal town of Moraira, the villa is the owners winter home so is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. It is centrally heated and double glazed for the cooler months and has partial air-conditioning and ceiling fans for the hot summer months. The villa sleeps 4, but has an apartment below if needed, sleeping a further 2, so is ideal for a 2 generation family wanting to holiday together (the apartment has an additional cost if taken but is never let out to a separate party if not required).
