Rent is exclusive of following bills: Electricity, Water, Heath, 55 € and Cleaning and Deposit. Deposit will be returned fully to the tenant two weeks after tenant’s departure if the apartment is in satisfactory condition
Tenant is obliged to singe the tenancy agreement.
25% of the rent is required for reservation and rest of the rent must be paid 60 days prior to agreement is commenced otherwise all rent must be paid at the time of reservation.
If tenant failed to pay the total amount of rent within the time period mentioned above it is the landlord right to cancel the agreement
