Beautiful Villa with stunning views over the sea. This is a very high standard house, with 5 double bedrooms ( 1 bedroom more separated of the hosue with extra cost of 200.-€) , 3 complete bathrooms + 2 toilet, big living room and 800 m2 terrace and garden looking to the beach.

BEDROOMS :
The house has 5 bedrooms; each bedroom has different decoration, with a very good sense of taste and with all kind of details.4 bedrooms are located in the main house and the Japanese one is independent connected with the pool and the terrace.
Main bedroom with huge bed ( 2 x 2 ) and big private bathroom decorated has Spanish- Moorish style.
There are 2 other doble bedrooms (180 cm) with 2 doble beds an another bathroom with shower.
On the 2d floor, just above the living room you will find the blue room.A fantastic doble bedroom with a big ( 2 x 2 ) doble bed.
And the last room is the japanese room, located on the right part of the house connected with the main terrace where the pool is located. Has 2 single beds with a private bathroom.
6 room: We give the posiblity to our clients to rent another new bedroom without window but with WC . The extra cost to rent the studio for 2 people is 200.-€ x week
KITCHEN:
Totally complete kitchen with washing-machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and all the necessary equipment for 10 people. The kitchen is open looking at the living room.
GARDEN AND SWIMMINGPOOL
The surface of the garden and the terrace is around 800 m2 with a beautiful garden looking at the sea. The swimming pool size is 8 x 4 and you will find 12 lazy sun beds around the swimming pool provided with pillows to increase your confort. A nice Barbecue and canopy’s on the terrace.
Espectacular location just 5 steps from the swimming pool to a beautiful sandy beach and beautiful sea views.
NOTE: There is a hotel on the same beach and they have animation and music from 22.00h to 24.00h.

Obligatory to pay 85.-€ for final cleaning
There is a damage deposit of 500.-€ to be returned the day of your departure , subject to there being no damage to the property .
LOCATION
The house is located in the Residential area of Roques Daurades, it's around 1.5km far from the centre of L'Ametlla de Mar, a fantastic typical Mediterranean Village around 120 km to the sud of Barcelona.
L'Ametlla de Mar is very quite and peaceful place but you can find there all the necessary amenities: supermarket (, good restaurants ,marine, scuba diving, bars, 1 open air disco,….and beautiful virgin beaches (creeks).There are no skyscrapers or long beaches crowded with people. The golden sandy beaches are the stars of our coastline where the scent of pine tress caresses the water.

L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi, Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany. Secluded places on this Baix Ebre coast where you will be able to find peace and quiet without crowds. It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car, (exit 39 highway A-7). The tropical environment, exotic atmosphere, Provencal aromatic smells of the herbs of thyme, rosemary, lavender and pine trees, you can see and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, enjoy this microclimate and the crystal-clear sky here in Catatonia.
