Welcome to our Spanish holiday home, situated in LO Pepin, Quidad Quesada,approximately 30 min drive from Alicante or Murcisa Airport.
This is a modern villa with 3 bedsromms og 2 baths, that can accommodate 8 persons og benefiting from a private communal pool with a shower. The villa is fully furnished to a high standard. Air conditioning in livingroom and kitchen. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge / freezer, diskmachine and washing mashine.
In the ground floor are there lounge/dinner and kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom with a shower. Outside you will find a terrace to provide for shade and with table, chairs and gasgrill.
In the 1 st floor 2 bedsroom, 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 twins bed and sharing and elegant bathroom. A large sun terrace with a table and charis and view of Salt Lakes.
With in immediate vicinity ( 15 mins on foot) there are supermarkets, shops, bank and several restaurants and bar. Country Club offering tennis and live entertainment and La Marquesa Golf Course, 18 hole course. With in 35 mins of Quesada currently there are 12 Golf courses including Villamartin and La Finca.
Torrevieje is only 10 minytes drive away, a longe seaside town which has something for every one.There are markets everyday of the week in the surrounding towns, a list is provided in house. In Rojales you can visit the Artista Caves.
