Very confortable and stylish property with astonishing views over the medieval village of Calonge, coastline and sea. Sun all day long, located in the nice Urbanisation called Mas Ambrós- Calonge. Only 2 Km. From the village and 4 Km. from the nicest beaches of Costa Brava. Ideal for golfers – Several Golf resorts only 10 minutes driving distance.
The villa is composed in two floors and a self catering apartment: In the main floor there is a comfortable living dining room with TV (SkyTV) and direct access to a lovely covered terrace with summer kitchen and dining room - Full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and steam oven. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms with one double bed each. Bathroom with massage shower. Self-catering apartment (6 Pax): Cosy apartment with independent entrance composed of living dining room with TV and with 1 sofa bed for 2 persons (ideal for children), 1 bed +1 bed underneath (trundle bed), full equipped open plan kitchen with electric hob – microwave with grill, 1 double bedrooms with 1 double bed -1 shower room. Lovely swimming pool with terraces around. Maxim Capacity: 10 persons
