This luxury 5 bedroom detached villa offers excellent views of the Mediterranean and the local town of El Campello, the villa is only a short walk to the bars, restaurants, post office and shops of the village centre along with there small beaches of Coveta.

Here you will also find the local TRAM station which provides a service that travels north to Benidorm or south to Alicante.

The large private pool is situated on the ground floor terrace which is also home for the BBQ area, great hot tub jacuzzi and lots of outside seating for dining alfresco. On the ground floor level you will find inside the property a large double bedroom with cot, two further twin bedrooms, fully equipped games room including a full size pool table, kitchenette and large bathroom. There are internal stairs as well as external stairs that take you to the upper floor, where you will also find a large covered terrace with views across the whole of the beautiful bay, a master bedroom with private en suite, a further twin bedroom, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, large living and dining room, boasting a large flat screen TV, SKY TV, DVD and a cosy wood burning stove.

This villa offers ideal accommodation for family or friends sharing. There is private parking behind electric gates enough for three cars, the swimming pool is gated to protect small children from wandering and the villa is set within lemon and orange trees. The area is quiet and totally relaxed but within a few minutes walk you will find yourself in the heart of Coveta Fuma and all it has to offer.

Notes
Prices are for one week. Changeover day is flexiable. Arrival time is not before 16.00 and departure before 10.00. Upon booking a booking form will be emailed to you. Once I have received your completed form and deposit payment, full confirmation will be sent. Upon arrival I will be on hand to meet you and show you around. If you would like any further information, please contact me directly.
A welcome pack of basics can be supplied for 15€
meet and greet after 7pm is charged at 20€
Prices include linen and towels (linen changed on the 10th day if staying more than 10 days week). The price also includes weekly pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities
A deposit of 25% is required upon conformation of booking and final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A bond of €400 is also required at the same time of the final balance and will be returned once the villa has been vacated and checked.
Discounts can be given for parties of 6 or less, please contact me directly for further information. Discounts for Long Winter Lets from November 2011 to March 2012
Upon arrival I will be there to meet you in, give you the keys and give any extra info that you may need. A welcome pack can also be supplied for 15 euro. Meet and Greet after 7pm will be charged at 20 euro.
Final cleaning money should be left in the property on departure.
CAR HIRE
We have a excellent car hire company based in El Campello. They are a long established company and speak English, Spanish, French and Dutch.

They work with LCM Villas and offer a personal meet and greet service where you will be collected in a minibus at the airport and taken to your holiday villa, where your hire vehicles will be waiting for you, saving you all the stress of airport queues. This is a FREE service and applies to all customers.

Alternatively if you prefer a representative can meet you at the airport with your chosen vehicle.

Please contact us directly for a free quote, the car hire includes free mileage, full tank and all risk insurance.

Please remember to book any car hire well in advance if your holiday is within the main summer months of July and August, as availability becomes very limited and the prices with other companies can be very high.
