Exceptional luxury villa for 10 persons situated in one of the best urbanizations of Calpe, only few meters from the biggest sandy beach of Calpe, promenade, restaurants and the center of Calpe. The villa has a large enclosed plot of 1200 m2, a terrace, a swimming pool and beautiful garden with palm trees and various plants. It also has parking for several cars and and living area of 350 m2 on 3 floors.
Ground Floor: a large garage for 2-3 cars, terrace and swimming pool, 1 table tennis, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and a sink. On the same floor there is an open kitchen with dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a bar and a dining area.
First floor has 2 entrances: via internal stairs and via the garden. From the hall you can access to the bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has an air conditioned. The dining room has a relax zone with design sofas, satellite and an access to the balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful views on the sea and the swimming pool.
Independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, close to the bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen is connected with a dining room.
1 small living room with TV and DVD.
Further there are several bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, toilet and a wash basin. 1 spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower, wc and a wash basin. 1 large bedroom with sea views, 1 double bed and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin in the hallway
Second floor: (connected by internal stairs) 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and terrace with sea views. 1 large bedroom with double bed and exit to the terrace. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and a wash basin.
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful garden with palm trees, coconut trees which create a tropical atmosphere, to have a swim in the kidney-shaped pool or outside shower or to make a BBQ. The villa is very close to the largest sandy beach and promenade in Calpe (only 0.9 km), restaurants and pubs (0.9 km) Calpe center (0.6 km) as well as supermarket (Mercadona - 0.9 km). The house has also a big garage for 4-5 cars.
Extras:
Pets with weight under 12 kilos are allowed. Extra cost of 30 euros per stay. It´s possible to accommodate one extra person with an extra cost of 90 euros per stay.
