Main bedroom with double bed(150cm) and 2 bedroom, each one
with 1 pulled out bed (2 person x 90cm). Bathroom/WC.

Outside,
Private swimming pool dimensions 2,5x5,5mts with wave machine sited 1 level upstairs and 20mts from the apartment.
From the pool, acces to the private second terrace aprox. 65sqm via spiral stairs with furniture-sunroof and 360 degree fantastic sea views, mountains views.
Gas barbacue.

The village
Brand new nice apartment finished in May 2009, located in a quite traditional fishing village above Cala Cau del llop, outside the resort 1 km from the centre of Llança, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bars, port and beaches are 5 min. walking.
Llança has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market.
The village is sited in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona.

Access
By car: via good road 25km from exit 3 of the E15 motorway
By railway: station in the center of the village.
By plane: airport Barcelona-Prat Llob. (BCN) 170 km, Girona-Costa Brava (GRO) 70 km and Perpignan 65km

Costa Brava or the wild coast has an irregular shaped coastline, with small pretty towns, bays, and sandy beaches, often interrupted by cliffs.
