The villa is situated near the edge of the resort, which means that you can enjoy some peace and quiet in this villa, as only ‘destinational’ traffic will pass by occasionally. The villa has a Mediterranean garden with a large swimming pool of 10 by 4,5 meters. From the several terraces you will have a truly spectacular view over the valley which stretches out for several kilometers. In the large garden (the parcel is over 550 square meters wide) are of course all kinds of citrus, olives and other Mediterranean plants and trees to get you in the real Spanish mood. When you walk through the gate, you will get to the front door of the villa via the garden path, through which you can enter the living room with sliding doors to the terrace and nice open kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessities and as well as high quality dinnerware. The living room, with a luxurious sofa and comfortable chairs, fireplace and air-conditioning is also equipped with a satellite television and radio/cd player. The entire decoration of the villa is cozy and of high quality. The bedrooms are also equipped with quality beds. On the terraces you can find lovely lounge chairs and the necessary protection from the sun.
