Peace and quiet, comfort and breathtaking views of the magnificent surrounding scenery is the character of Deseo. Situated on a hill at the edge of the hamlet of Solano, this 100 year old finca, recently tastefully renovated and redecorated but retaining its old charm and authenticity. From the terrace and swimming pool the views of the valley and surrounding mountains with the villages Comares and Canillas de Aceituno in the distance are spectacular.

The finca is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers, plants, almond and fruit trees and the sometimes steep slopes of the hill with a total area of 9000 m2. The swimming pool of 8x4 m (1.40 to 2.00m deep) and the sun terrace with parasols and comfortable loungers are situated on the south. Down three steps you can access a bench on a lower terrace from where you can’t get enough of the superb views.

Finca Deseo has a large living room and open plan kitchen diner. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with airconditioning and 2 bathrooms (of which 1 bedroom is en-suite).

There’s a covered veranda at the back of the house through which one enters the garden with the south-facing sun terrace and (unheated) swimming pool (open throughout the year). On a lower level you will find another terrace with breathtaking views. The veranda is accessible through opening doors from the living and dining room. The covered terrace has a tiled bench, table and chairs.

There are also wide terraces at the front of the house with a table, chairs and sunshade. On a higher level are two further terraces with sun-loungers under the olive-tree and a small fountain. Both terraces at the front and the back have night lighting.
