This Large mature Villa is set in a very tranquil area but within easy reach of all amenities.
It has 5 double bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Private Pool, Lounge , Dining Area, Fully fitted Kitchen including a dish washer , there is a dining area, Air Conditioning, Garage with washing machine, fabulous BBQ area and views of the Sea.

On the ground floor you will find a newly fitted large bright and airy fully fitted kitchen with air conditioning unit. The large lounge with a wood burning fireplace and dining area. There is the double garage which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Two double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor making it easy for people who need all accommodation on one floor. There is also a bathroom with double sinks, large bath with a shower from the bath taps.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, there is also the main bedroom complete with a large water bed, this room also has an air conditioning unit. Off of the main bedroom there is a large balcony with beautiful views and a view of the sea.

Outside the garden has a fully fenced garden with Olive, Apple, Pear and Cherry trees. There is a large pool 8 x 4m and a large BBQ area.

All in all this house is a great place to spend a relaxing holiday but all the amenities are only a short drive away.

L'Ampolla is the nearest town with all amenities. The area has many activities and the Delta is a short drive away where there are totally empty beaches even in the high season. The small restaurants give a good selection of Authentic Catalan food. The sea food here is all fresh in every restaurant.

Tortosa is also close by which is a large town, with many shops and places of interest to visit.

Beach towels are available for a further charge of 40 euros for the whole property.
250 euro security deposit payable on arrival.
Entry is between the hours of 16.00 and 20.00 hours. Arrival outside these hours is subject to an additional charge of 60 euros.
Departure is at 10.00 hours.

Payment by Credit Card incurs a €50 charge.

Relaxing holiday.

I know L'ampolla very well, so you think I'm being bias.The villa is lovely, and very comfortable, also the views and tranquilty are a bonus. The lady Karen is always on hand for any emergencies,and she is a lovely person to get to know, which also helps with your stay knowing that there is a suffient person on hand. You will enjoy your holiday here, just like I do. :)
