La Herradura is a still unspoilt and very pretty village, lies within an easy one hour’s drive from Malaga Airport (65 kms) and Malaga city with the harbour, the new Picasso Museum and his native home. Nerja and the Sun Coast (Costa del Sol) at only 10 km. The city of Granada (85 km), with the world famous Alhambra can be reached in 60 minutes and the Sierra Nevada National Park and ski-resort within less than 80 minutes drive.


The villa is 140 square meters built, now new painted, and have 110 square metres of tropical private garden and 2 terraces. Wonderfull wiews over La Herradura bay and the natural park of Cerro Gordo (pines and mediterranean forest) from all the rooms. The big beach and the fishermen village of La Herradura (2.500 habitants and with all the urban services,more than 20 restaurants and bars and a beach 1,5 kilometres long) are at 800 metres and the small cave of Calaiza is very close (400 metres) by peatonal track in the forest.
The urbanization Cármenes del Mar has private doors, 2 beautiful swimming pools (one for children), 2 paddle tennis courts and one basket court.

The villa has:
UPPER FLOOR:
A private parking place under roof with shadow, a big living room with sofa-bed and big terrace viewing the bay, a fully equipped kitchen (digital stove), big fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and a shower bath room. TV with international channels, radio cassette, CD, DVD
LOWER FLOOR:
Master bedroom with a complete bathroom inside, and two bedrooms with two beds in each and a shower room. From the master bedroom and other bedroom you get another terrace and the garden. The garden has the ground with grama (tropical grass), 4 buganvillas, a lemon tree, a banana tree, 3 nisperus trees and other aromatic and tropical plants, like hibiscus, all with electronic irrigation system. The upper floor has air condition and heater, the lower floor, electric heater. All the rooms and the terrace are fully equipped in modern style. All with stunning views over the sea.
It's also possible to rent for at least 2 weeks only the upper floor (2 adults sleeping in a comfortable sofa bed and one cot for an infant) 50% of total price.
