It has a fantastic and private swimming pool of 82 m2 which has a security barrier inside to protect children.
In the terrace there is a barbacue.
The house decoration is elegant and modern. The highest quality materials have been chosen to build the house.
In the ground floor there are a kitchen totally equipped, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, plasma tv and a bedroom with a bathroom (2 beds 90 x 1,90).
In the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have a shared balcony( 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90 x 1,90 - one bedroom with 1 bed (1,50 x 1,90).
Towels and linen are included and changed mid-week. The property is cleaned once a week.
ENVIRONMENT
The house is situated at 3 km. of Petra which is a friendly and very traditional village. It is the birth village of Junipero Serra, founder of California.
The church, the house of Junipero Serra or San Bernardino convent are recommended places to visit. In Petra you can also find supermarkts, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and first aid red cross.
In a protected natural area, you can find the monastery of Bonany. You can get to the place by car or walking through extraordinary beautiful country lanes. From this location the panoramic is excellent.
At 10 minutes drive from the house, there is one of the most important and ancient market of the island (Sineu market). It is the meeting point of farm dealers. It takes place every Wednesday morning. In this market you can find typical Majorcan products like fruit, vegetables, cheeses, shoes, clothes and crafts.
Son Serra de Marina beach (20 minutes drive) is a virgin fine sand beach with a leafy vegetation.
