This lovely apartment is located in the nice little village Arroyo de la Miel. The sunny and South-West faced apartment is placed on the 6th floor and has a wonderful view over the Ocean and Mountains. Around the building there is a garden with trees and palms and a big common private pool.
In the apartment there is an entrance, kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, bathroom and a 10 m2 terrace.

The apartment is close to the railwaystation (30 meters). From here you have a direct line between the cities Malaga and Fuengirola, which means you can reach the airport in 20 min. The Public buses also stay close and brings you to Benalmadena Costa, Beach the Port(Puerta Marina), Sealife Waterland, Semo Marina, Castillo Bil Bil, Banalmadena Pueblo (an very nice old white Andalusian City) and Mijas etc.

In Arroyo de la Miel you will find lots of restaurants, good tapas bars, cafés, internet cafés, shops and supermarkets, a Tivoli and the largest park in the area. Every friday there is a big market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, clothes etc. There is also a cable car which goes to the mountaintop where you can get a fantastic view in all directions, and where it is possible to watch falconers and other animals. There is several golf Corses in the area and a little 1 km. walk to the ocean and harbour.
Car is not essential.
Cleaning and electricity are included in the price.

Notes
The kitchen is brand new, full equipped and has a beautiful view over the city with the mountains behind.

The livingroom has big windows with a marvellous view to the ocean. The room is spacefull, there is a diningtable available for 6 persons near the kitchen, and here you can also relax and watch TV.

In the bedroom there is two single beds (which can be changed to a double bed) and a big cabinet. From the bedroom you can see the ocean through windows to the terrace.

The bathroom is installated with a shower and a washing machine.

The terrace is fitted with glas which can be pushed away, this effectively makes it into and extra room and keeps out the cooler winds in the winther months. From this room there is a wonderful view to the pool, the ocean and the mountains in the daytimes and in the nighttimes and is a great dinning place for 4-5 people both in the morning and in the evening. Here you also will find a sofa bed for two persons.

Notes
No extra charges. To reserve you are going to pay 30% of the price by a bank transfer. The total price (the rest) do you pay when you arrive and get the key to the appartment. The deposit (250 euro) will be refounded on the departure-day. I have a contactperson, Miguel Hidalgo, who keep an eye at the appartment. He takes care of following: 1) Hands over the keys when you arrive, 2) receives the rest amount of money (70 % of the rent) and the deposit and 3) Refunds the deposit. He is very trustfull and speaks very good english.

Good Value for the money

Very convenient location. Great service from apartment managers. Owner was a little late in communicating to us some necessary information. Disappointed that the pool was not open yet.
