This fourth floor family friendly apartment is situated in the small picturesque coastal village of San Juan de Los Terreros. From the balcony there is a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean against the backdrop of rising mountains bordering the landscape in the distance. It is a 20 minute leisurely walk to the Blue Flag calm beaches, excellent ice cream parlour, restaurants/bars, shops and supermarkets. There is also a new golf course only 5 minutes drive away.

Within the apartment complex there are two pools, one for children and the other for adults.

The apartment can be accessed either by lift or by stairs. All apartments are privately owned and secured by entry phone system. San Juan de Los Terreros is served by three international airports (Almeria, Murcia, and Alicante) and a modern network of motor ways.

On Arrival you will be met and taken to the property, at this point we ask for the security bond of 200 Euros., This will be returned once the property has been checked for damages/breakages on the day of departure.
