The property is an apartment at a new complex completed in July 2008 development includes 20 town houses and 70 apartments, a communal swimming pool within a secure area and surrounding landscaped apartment includes air conditioning and heating. It is on the ground floor making it ideal for the less mobile. From the terrace there are views over the communal swimming pool and the Sierra Arana mountain range.
Iznalloz is a small traditional Spanish Town, which includes amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and the bars all provide you with a Spanish tapas when you order a drink.
The bright and airy lounge has patio doors leading onto a large and sunny terrace, with patio furniture and a barbeque.
Both bedrooms have twin beds making it ideal for all male/female hoildaymakers, as there are 3 golf courses within easy reach. The kitchen has all the neccessary equipment and there is a laundry room with a washing machine.
Granada is about 30 minutes away by car and can easily be reached by local bus, where you can visit the fascinating Moorish Alhambra Palace.
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is about 45 minutes away, which has a large ski area with all abilities catered for.
