The Lounge/diner is light, airy and very comfortable with 2 seater recliner and 3 seater settee, it is equipped with widescreen tv, Sky tv, dvd, cd player and portable dvd player. We have a selection of books, dvd's and cds available, please feel free to use.
The Lounge patio doors lead out to a terrace which has cafe style table and chairs and overlooks the feature waterfall.
The kitchen is equipped with Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.
There is air conditioning to the main bedroom and lounge area.
Apart from having fabulous amenities the complex is electonically secure and is only accessible by residents and guests, as is the indoor spa and gym. The tennis courts are available throughout the year and are floodlit in the winter months.
As well as being an exclusive complex we are fortunate to have a fabulous waterpark, 5 minutes drive from the complex.
We also have a blue flag awarded beach, Vera Playa beach is fabulous, in mid to high season there are an abundance of beach bars available.
If you like to play golf there are 4 superb golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the complex, the nearest is the 5 star Desert Springs, Valle del Este, Marina Golf, Mojacar and Cortijo Grande.
A little about the region, there are some beautiful coastal towns easily reached by car or public transport, there is the fishing town of Villaricos with its lovely promenade, local bars, restaurants and sunday market. You have Garrucha a large fishing port, famous for its long promenade, fish restaurants and large market in the back streets of the town, major changes have taken place to the town, the port has grown in size and will soon be able to accommodate passenger liners. Next is the town of Mojacar, famous for Mojacar Playa, (beach), and Mojacar Pueblo famous for its white washed buildings, narrow cobbled streets and square, high in the mountain, which can be reached by car or public transport. Fantastic views.
The region is very much spanish, with African influences, steeped in history and tradition and very much unspoilt. Spaniards love to visit the area, many of which travel the length of the country from the citys of Madrid & Barcelona.
The Coasta Almeria boasts 3000 hours of sunshine a year with over 200 miles of coastline, empty beaches, hidden coves, and crystal clear water.
How to get there:
If flying to spain there are three airport options available, Almeria, Murcia and Alicante. Almeria is 45 minutes drive, Murcia is 1 hour 15 minutes and Alicante is 1 hour 30 minutes. The apartment is very easy to find as it is just off the main motorway (A7/E15) which runs along the Mediterrean coastline.
