This is the perfect place to spend your holiday, situated in one of the Costa del Sol's most well-known areas, Calahonda, Mijas Costa. Quiet and private but yet close to all amenities, only a short walk to restaurants, shopping and beaches and a short drive to golf, tennis, shopping centres and many other attractions & public transport.
This charming 3-bedroom townhouse, located within a closed community, has a large terrace with awnings complete with table, chairs & sun beds with direct access to the gardens and the pool. Here you can sit and enjoy the evenings while the children are playing by the pool.
On the entrance floor you have a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee-maker and even a kettle to make yourself a nice cup of tea! There is also a cozy area with a small table to have your breakfast at.
In the living room there is a beautiful extendable dining table for 6/8 and nice comfortable sofas to relax in. The sofa can also be used as a 2 single beds. You have TV with both local & Sky satellite with international channels.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and leads on to a small terrace overlooking the gardens & has a sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together for a double bed; this bedroom also leads on to the terrace. The third bedroom has 2 single beds convertible into a sofa with a computer table.
If you bring your own car or prefer to rent one, there is a private parking spot right at the townhouse door.
One kilometre away is the famous Puerto Cabopino, a yacht port, with nice restaurants, beautiful beach with its own restaurants and nautical sports. 5 minutes towards the mountainside is the well-known Club de Sol with hard and clay tennis courts (daily mix-ins), squash & padel courts and a huge gym & saunas. 300 metres away towards the seaside is the Doña Lola Club equipped with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzis, gym, aerobic classes, etc.
