Urb. Algarrobo is situated on an elevated site approx. 2 km from Nerja centre and the beaches. You will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, laundry, tennis etc. only a few minutes walk from the apartments. The pool(with life guard and free sun beds) is just beside the apartments. There are magnificent views over the sea from the pool area.
THE PROPERTIES
1 BEDROOM 2 ground floor, one with enclosed terrace that open up with sliding windows and one is extended to make a larger apartment. Both have private, wooden decked gardens and 1 top floor with panoramic views over the Med., lit-up Nerja at night and mountain views, all have dining furniture and sun loungers.
Open plan kitchens WITH WASHING MACHINES lounge/dining with patio doors leading out to terrace (terrace furniture, clothes dryer), double or twin bedrooms with AIR COND./HEATING and bathroom/shower room. Air cond. in the bedroom.
The apartments are all equipped with WiFi,Cable TV (BBC, ITV, SKY Movies Max, Sports, Swedish, German and French channels etc.) DVD player, electric cooker, microwave/oven combi, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle etc.
STUDIO (1 top floor)
A spacious studio with curtain to block off the sleeping area (double bed), dining room/lounge leading out to terrace with panoramic views over the Mediterranean and lit-up Nerja at night, also mountain and pool views. Kitchenette + Butcher boy and bathroom.
The studio is equipped with Cable TV (same channels as above), cooling fans, electric cooker, microwave/oven combi, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, toaster, electric kettle etc.
This apartment has the most fantastic views both during the day and night,
swimming pool view and mountain views.
All apartments are supplied with linen and towels except beach towels, which are changed weekly.
