Casa Lahar is a two storey villa with the bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor and the living accommodation upstairs on the first floor. The living accommodation consists of an open plan lounge diner and kitchen. There is also a shower room on this floor. The lounge has a picture window looking out to the balcony. The balcony is covered and ohas a table & chairs for al fresco dining and enjoying the sea bedrooms are one double and one twin on the ground floor. A lovley feature of this villa is the extra lounge on the ground floor equipped with wicker furniture and enjoying views of the pool through the picture window.
The villa has a front garden divided from the pool and rear garden by a secure side gate. This offers privacy and security. The pool which is heated in the Winter months (November to April) is only just over a metre deep all over so is ideal for children and cautious swimmers.
We have been renting this lovely, light, modern villa for 4 years on behalf of the owners and find it is popular for those wishing to be close to all amenities and in the flat part of town.

Casa Lahar , Puerto del Carmen

Lovely villa , clean & tidy but could with air conditioning ,could not open windows at night due to mosquitos .The bed looks like an authentic wooden spanish bed on the photos , but is only a headboard with what i can only describe as a camp bed. If these two thing are rectified then it would be the perfect holiday, a real home from home , the villa is in a nice quiet location but only 5 mins walk from shops , bars & restaurants . The local people are very friendly & helpful we made some good friends and will be returning to the resort. However it may not be in Casa Lahar unless the above problems are rectified.
