Nice villa for 8 persons with private pool (7x3,2 m) in Moraira. This villa is situated in a very quiet area, close to the beach La Ampolla, and close to the town centre of Moraira. (Ideal to walk to the beach and left the car at home). This villa has a large covered terrace and an open terrace, where the pool is, (access by stairs with 6 steps) a small garden and a portable barbecue. This villa has a living space of 230 m². The plot is completely enclosed and has 800 m² with a parking for 3-4 cars on the same plot.
Internal: large living area arranged on 2 floors. Ground floor: large living-dining room with sat-tv. Separate kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and other utensils for the kitchen, access to the covered terrace and the pool. 3 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 individual beds in each one of them. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wash basin and wc. Upper floor: (access by stairs inside) large bedroom with double bed and bathroom in suite with bathtub, wash basin and wc. (the foto shows 2 individual beds but they will be replaced with a double bed) access to the roof terrace. External: large terrace with pool with built-in stairs and shower, portable barbecue and lot of space to sunbath in the sun loungers. Only 0,5 km from the town centre of Moraira and from the beach La Ampolla.
Extras:
It’s posible to acomodate 2 more persons, additional cost: 90€ per person and stay. Animals are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay.
